We sell oat-based foods and related merchandise. Any free-shipping offer is displayed at checkout. Allow approximately 1–2 business days for normal order handling. Estimated shipping/transit is 3–5 business days once processing is complete; delivery dates are not guaranteed.

For a change of mind or wrong selection, request a mailed return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. New, unused goods in original condition qualify for non-defective returns. The return label is included free with the package, no restocking fee is charged, and approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days.

Report damage, defects, missing items or an incorrect item with photos or video. Checkout displays the payment methods currently available.
